平謙（太倉）現代產業園有限公司是平謙國際在華的第八個工業園區。園區位于太倉市沙溪鎮，距離S48岳王高速出口僅500米。園區占地463畝，分三期開發、建設，一期、二期已建成12棟高標準單層鋼結構廠房與2棟高標準多層廠房；目前太倉平謙有單層及多層兩種規格的廠房可供出租，建筑面積分別約為8500㎡/棟和2350㎡/層；此外三期約175畝的土地，計劃將于2022年二季度啟動，預計將建設4棟單層廠房及4棟多層廠房，在此之前可根據您的需求進行定建設計。
Plainvim (Taicang) Modern Industrial Park Co., Ltd. is the eighth industrial park of Plainvim International in China. Located in Shaxi Town, Taicang City. The park is only 500 meters away from the exit of S48 Yuewang Expressway. The park covers an area of 463 mu. It has been developed and constructed in three phases. In the first and second phases, 12 high-standard single-layer steel structure factories and 2 high-standard multi-layer factories have been built.
